If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by calling our customer services at 09726730757, 09106660629 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, provided that the order has not been shipped.
Your entire order amount will be refunded within 10 business days if the personalisation work is not done. If the personalisation work is done than the amount of the same will be deducted.
After the personalisation work is approved for product and printing or engraving is done for customized products, the order can not be cancelled at all.
Return and Refund Policy
You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged, incorrectly supplied or if we have made any error, you must inform us within 48 hours of the receipt of the product (Customer service department by phone or email only). A photograph of the product along with the packaging should be emailed to email@example.com We offer easy replacement and will reproduce your order. We will send replacement product once the customer return the defective product.
The item needs to be returned within a period of 4 days from the date of delivery date along with the original packaging and invoice. The product should be intact, not been used, no visible marks of usage or wear and tear. We will gladly reimburse the return cost of authorized exchange or return. Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. We will refund the amount within 10 business days only in the case where we can not offer a replacement.
If you experience an abnormal delay of additional two weeks from the committed delivery day (as mention on the product description page), then you may choose to cancel order for claiming a full refund. The two way carrier service charges and handling charges will be deducted and the balance will be refunded. *Please not that the above condition will not apply to delivery delay due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters and political unrest.
Once the artwork of the product is approved, We are not liable for the errors committed by you during the course of personalizing a product though not limited, may be the result of following : misspelling, grammar, punctuation or image resolution.
